FAQs
Answers to common questions
What to expect before and after you get in touch.
What happens after we get in touch?
We read every message ourselves and reply, usually within a day and always within two business days, to set up a first call. In that call, you tell us where the business is heading and what is in the way, and we share how we would approach it. If it makes sense to go further, we come back with a proposal: scope, timeline, and price, agreed before anything starts.
What should we include in our message?
Whatever you have. A few lines on who you are, what you want to change, and when you would like it done is plenty. If you already have a brief, a deck, or a site you love, send it along, but none of it is needed to start the conversation.
Do we need a brief or a set budget before we talk?
No. Many of our projects start without either, and shaping the scope is part of the work we do together. If you have a budget range in mind, sharing it early helps us point you to the program or service that fits it from the start.
Is there a cost or commitment to the first conversation?
None. The first call is on us, and you leave it with a clearer picture of what the work involves, whether we end up working together or not.
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes, gladly. If your project involves anything confidential, tell us in your message and we will sign an NDA before the first call.
